I'm a 39 year old single woman living at my late grandmother's beautiful home in Tunbridge while I execute her estate.
Just 15 minutes' drive to VLGS, through the village of Tunbridge.
Yours is a spacious,... furnished upstairs room with a lovely view, skylight, and AC. Sizeable closet. Attached private bathroom.
We share the kitchen and eating/living areas. If you want, I'm happy to share meals- I gather that being a law student is a busy undertaking!
The property is an outdoors person's dream. Extensive walking or cross country skiing trails are literally out the back door. Large front porch, garden, plum and apple trees, and a skate-able/swimmable pond full of wildlife. Great birding!
Challenges- access from Hoyt Hill Road is a class 4 drive, so all wheel drive is necessary in the winter and mud seasons. We're on a fussy old well and septic system, so no three hour showers. Internet is satellite-based and gets spotty during thunderstorms
Lease can be for the academic year or semester by semester.
I love pets even though I don't currently have any here. Let me know if you have an animal and I will consider a pet lease!
