White Farmhouse - 10 minutes from VLGS

Searching for someone to share my law school home with! The house is a three-bed, two-bath with a living room, den, dining room, canning room, attached garage, washer/dryer, and three-season porch. High-ceilings and hardwood floors. A garden is also... available. The home was built in 1860 and sits on 115 acres of land with many beautiful trails. The forest is used in the summer for various events, so it's well-maintained. The fenced areas on the property are used for livestock in the summer/fall. You'll have a private bedroom and bathroom; however, the bedroom is unfurnished so you'll need your own bedroom furniture.

I have a very sweet, trained German Shepherd who will likely love you and does get along well with other animals. I'm open to other pets but it must be approved by me and my landlord. Water, high-speed internet, cable, streaming services, and lawn care all included. I have a cute picnic table outside to study and do work at if you enjoy being outside. I'm a BIG foodie - I love to cook, grill, and bake, so no need to fret about going hungry! Another perk: you'll see plenty of wildlife! Lease terms are flexible and negotiable.
