Searching for someone to share my law school home with! The house is a three-bed, two-bath with a living room, den, dining room, canning room, attached garage, washer/dryer, and three-season porch. It has high-ceilings and hardwood floors. A... vegetable garden is also available. The home was built in 1860 and sits on 115 acres of land with many trails. The forest is used in the summer for various events, including the annual Firefly festival. The fenced areas on the property are used for cattle during certain times of year. A beautiful stream runs through the forest. The home is mostly furnished. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom; however, the bedroom is unfurnished so you'll need your own bedroom furniture. Although I've furnished much of the home, there's still plenty of room to spare for your own furnishings! I'll likely make the bedroom you don't choose into a study/guest room. I have a very sweet, trained German Shepherd who gets along super well with other animals. Other pets are considered (and preferred)! Water, high-speed internet, cable, streaming services, and lawn care included. Also, I hope you enjoy seeing wildlife, because you'll see plenty of deer, turkeys, birds, owls, foxes, groundhogs, and other wildlife in the backyard and forest here.
