Home in the hills - quiet, peaceful. Private bedroom upstairs with potentially own bathroom (tbd). House share with owner, who works full time Monday - Friday. Gorgeous setting, unique home design iwith center spiral staircase leading up to bedrooms... and a full bathroom. Open living area layout requires those residing in the home to be respectful, neat, etc. Owner (the roommate) is male, an artist and arts/furnishing/antiques conservation professional; separated; son lives nearby and will visit from time to time. Other than that he is newer to the area so no huge social circle; avid reader, quiet, pretty zen and looking forward to gardening, some home and property improvements, and getting to know Vermont and this beautiful property that he and his wife purchased in 2021 (and co-own).
