2 Rooms, loft, private bath and entry on 140 acre oasis - sauna, trails, ponds, animals
My husband and I will be recently retired from government careers. We are interested in renting out a portion of our home to one or possibly two persons. Specifically, a part of the house with its own entry, a bedroom with a loft, a second room... (through which you enter from outside) and a bathroom. You would be welcome to share our kitchen and laundry. There is also a 10 person sauna accessible from outside to which you would have access. The outdoor spaces features two ponds, multiple streams, many old logging trails through 140 acres, and space to sit in an Adirondack chair and enjoy a view. We have two dogs and a cat and chickens and plan to acquire sheep. We would be willing to discuss rent breaks for animal care if ever we both are traveling at the same time.
