If you are familiar with the area, it is also located a relatively short distance from the Kent's ledge trailhead. There is a nook in the living room which has provided the perfect space to put a desk and filing cabinet without it intruding into the living room space. As it sits next to a window, it is ideal for longer study sessions and soaking up the sun! Outside, there is a large yard with a fire-pit as well as a picnic table
Parking is available onsite and there is additional storage located on the lower floor of the building for an additional fee. This is a sublet from the date taken on until July 31st.
