This is a well-maintained 1870 farmhouse with a lovely yard and river access. The property is conveniently located on VT-route 14. VT Law school is just a 12 minute drive and a 36 minute bike ride away. Easy access to I-89 gets you to multiples... towns quickly such as Woodstock, Burlington, Barre, Montpelier, White River Junction, Lebanon & Hanover, NH.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor with closets. One bedroom is smaller than other two.
Shared areas included on the first floor: full bathroom, eat-in kitchen, living room, & washer/dryer. There is a deck & grill off the kitchen.
Full basement includes .5 bath and extra clothes dryer.

This is a wonderful home for responsible shared living. Friendly community vibe.
Landlord lives on the property in a separate dwelling with a dog. There is also a cottage with tenant on the property.
