Beautiful, rural, peaceful, lots of natural light, small cottage on farm property. Two rooms upstairs, one large room below with kitchen and working wood stove and extra storage room. A-frame upstairs design with cottage on ground floor with large... window. There is additional storage area in a dairy room in barn. Propane and electric are extra.. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Polite pets are allowed. W/D in bathroom. Two Parking spaces. Landlord provides trash pick up, lawn mowing & snow plowing. Exellent well water. Propane furnace has generator in power outage. Tenant needs to shovel out car and stairs to entrance. Property is 3 miles from Highway. We are 3.5 miles from SoRO/Law school. Dirt road plowed regularly for commuting, Landlord/ Agent live on property in main house. Excellent internet. Will need to arrange with EC Fiber.
