The Farmhouse

Welcome to The Farmhouse!

This house is a duplex that is occupied by Law students on both sides. Laundry is also included within each unit and is included in the rent price. Ample parking, a nice backyard with raised beds and established flowers,... and large compost bins are on site. There is an enclosed outdoor barn for additional storage as well as an unfinished basement. Subletting considered on a case-by-case basis. Skylights throughout the property offer ample natural lighting. All utilities, other than electricity, are included in the base rent!

The house sits right on VT Route 110, so you won't have to deal with dirt roads or steep driveways. The North Tunbridge General Store is a one minute walk away while the Tunbridge General Store and the Tunbridge Fairgrounds are a three minute drive down the road.
