SUNNY NORWICH STUDIO ON HORSE FARM

I'm offering a sunny studio apartment on the second floor of my historic farmhouse in Norwich, Vermont. There is a shared entrance, shared mudroom, and shared laundry room with private stairs which leads to the private studio and a private bath room... (shower/tub).

The house is on a scenic country road six minutes from downtown Norwich and ten minutes to Hanover, NH. Takes about 30 minutes to get to South Royalton and Worthy Burger.

I have two adorable Basset Hounds and two sweet (and huge) draft horses.

There is a great loop to run/walk just minutes from the house and a lovely stream in front to soak your feet in or meditate by.
