Dehumidifier is available for summer months & must be used (and emptied regularly) in order to maintain optimal tenant comfort.
Amply-sized clothing closet, as well as a built-in pantry, provide storage space (some of current tenant's / lease-holder's personal belongings may be left in the apartment).

Internet speed upgrade with direct-to-router ethernet hookup may be arranged with building property manager for additional equipment rental fee ($30).
No washer-dryer is currently installed in this studio & tenant-owned washer/dryer set-ups are not permitted absent express building property manager permission (although current tenant / lease-holder has permission to use a small portable clothes washing machine).
Off-site parking permit for one vehicle may be available for an extra charge ($30 flat fee; VLGS student or staff status required). Parking permit is in the nature of a revocable license & separate from any sublease agreement.
NOTE (INSURANCE): Subtenant / short-term renter must provide building property manager with evidence of a current renter’s insurance policy, with minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000, naming building owner Royalton Common LLC as “additional insured” or “interested party.” Other tenants at properties managed by Royalton Common’s property manager have used State Farm, Allstate & Progressive for their renter’s insurance needs. Additional "locally-sourced" & equally-affordable renter's insurance options (e.g., VT Mutual) are available through the Hull Maynard Hersey insurance agency in Woodstock VT (contact Jodi Fenton at 802-457-4143).
NOTE (ANIMALS): Since completion of renovations, this apartment has been designated by the building owner as being potentially-suitable for persons with animal allergies (e.g., cat dander, etc.) & to the best of the property manager's knowledge no pets or other "furred" animals or birds have been kept in the unit by any tenant.
