Studio Apartment on top of garage of working farm house. This beautiful place comes with lot's of outdoor space, including patio and hammock. This is a working farm, so we hope you would enjoy the company of sheep, poultry and working dogs. Must be... comfortable with dogs, no additional pet's please.

Located 7-10 minutes driving distance from South Royalton, depending on the season. It's a well maintained dirt road but AWD is a must have.

The apartment is small space but has large windows and beautiful views overlooking the pasture. It is well heated and with private bathroom. Does not have a full kitchen but mini-fridge, induction stove top, air fryer, french press, hot water heater. TV w. antenna, EC-Fiber wifi, and utilities included. It is a scenic, quiet place to pursue your studies. High ceilings, in wall storage space, bathroom, furnished (including: shelf space, bed, desk, dinner table w. chairs, recliner, wardrobe).
