My name is Evan Antal. I am a recent VLS grad (2021) who is now working locally as an attorney. Since graduating I have rented to another law... student, and it worked out well. Hoping to find another VLS roommate!

18 minute drive from my driveway to VLS.

House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house tucked up in the hills of Pomfret up a dirt road with a long private driveway and a great view! This was my grandmother’s house growing up, and has been in the family since it was built in 1991.

The third bedroom functions as my home office and music space but does have an extra bed for guests. Open living room/dining/kitchen area with a glassed-in sun porch overlooking the pond. Extra room downstairs with some gym equipment. This space can be used for whatever - if you do art or music or anything that requires its own space, this room will work great.

The bedroom in the photographs would be yours. The furniture can be included at no additional cost, and there is an assortment of other furniture available in storage in the basement that you can use if you’d like. You will also have your own bathroom with a tile shower, also pictured. All of the cookware, utensils, glasses, dishes, and other kitchen items are yours to use as well if you like.

Rent is $1200/month, with everything included, including all utilities, fiber optic internet, in-home washer/dryer, trash removal, and snow plowing. Having a good winter vehicle is highly recommended!

Available August 15, 2025. 12 month lease available for August 15 to August 15 or thereabouts.
