The deck, front porch, main entrance way, kitchen, living... room, dining room, and laundry room are shared with owner. The upstairs two bedrooms, full bathroom, and attic will be solely for the tenant(s). The whole house is fully furnished and additional furniture for either bedroom can be acquired as needed. The house is pet friendly as a dog and a cat live there full time, but do not go into the upstairs space. There are vegetable and flower gardens as well as plenty of space for pets to run outside. One young professional woman lives in the downstairs bedroom and one tenant lives in one of the two upstairs bedrooms. All utilities are included.
