Furnished In-law Apartment Utilities Included

One bed, one bath, In-law apartment for rent. The apartment comes furnished. All amenities and fixtures shown in the posted pictures are included in the Unit Rent, which includes internet access, electricity, gas, water, heat, recycling, and trash... removal. The landlords live in the main building, which is separated from the in-law apartment by a set of lockable doors. We will be on-site and available to address any issues with the unit that may arise. The in-law apartment has access to the shared laundry in the basement. The driveway is shared, but is large enough to accommodate three cars without blocking anyone in. There is private access to the deck through the in-law apartment.

One of the advantages of renting from us is that we offer flexibility to our renters. We do not have a lease break punishment as long as we receive a 30-day notice. You can rent from us without the fear of being locked into a 12-month lease.

My wife and I are first-time landlords, having just purchased this house in anticipation of attending law school. I will be a first-year law student at VLGS and would love the opportunity to share my property with another student. There may be potential carpooling opportunities, especially if first-year students have similar schedules.

I am a student, and my wife is a medical laboratory scientist specializing in transfusion medicine. We are not a corporation or a large company. We hope to find someone to rent to who enjoys the peaceful life of Vermont.
