Located up an old dirt road in the hills of Bethel VT, sitting on approximately 50 acres with 180 degree view of the beautiful Green... mountains with an approximate 15 minute drive to the Vermont Law School, sits our farm that has been in the family since the 1950s. Over the years many renovations have taken place allowing us to house Law students since the early 90s. Approximately 736 Square feet the apartment has a full kitchen, living room, dinning area, bedroom with closets, full bath and front yard with fire pit. Apartment also can come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, couch, nightstands, table and chairs if occupant wishes. A four burner gas stove, refrigerator, and window AC units are the appliances within the apartment. A bathroom and Shower/tub is featured in the unit. There are two studios on the second floor, and another one bed room apartment also on the first floor. A common hallway and staircases for upstairs and downstairs access is location on the first floor. Laundry is located in the basement and is shared with the other tenants. The apartment is non smoking but a designated patio can be used for recreational use. Pets are at Landlords discretion. The monthly rent is $1,500.00 dollars with an initial security deposit of $500 dollars. This includes gas, heat, electric, trash removal, snow removal, parking, and laundry. High speed internet is available with the cost being divided by number of occupants in the building, typically $20.00. There is parking available for 2 vehicle and space for temporary visitors. Storage is available for other personnel belonging if needed as well. Tenant will have access to all 50 acres of fields and woods as well as a pool room/lounge and outdoor patio recreational area. Farm animals such as Alpacas are also on the property and people friendly. This being a farm there are occasional loud activities (Tractors, Excavators, UTVs extra) that can take place. It is also recommended that a car with 4x4, all wheel drive or good winter tires as the road in the winter/ mud season can be challenging.
